fee rebate for 2017:
Box 1: Enter the cumulative tuition fees from your 2016 NOA
Box 2: Enter any eligible tuition fees paid after Dec
31, 2003, that you have not claimed before
Box 3: Enter the cumulative tuition fee income tax rebate
from your 2016 NOA
Box 4: Enter the cumulative Manitoba advance tuition fee
income tax rebate from your 2016 NOA
These may not all be applicable
