Is a Level 1 Early Childhood Educator Certification, alone, valid for claiming the teachers/educators benefit?

I don't have any formal secondary education in childcare, but I have my Level 1 certificate.

Yes, provided it is valid and recognized in the province or territory in which you were employed.
