It is March 1st and I am still getting the message that I can not Netfile since the forms are not up to date?

Here’s what you need to do:

When resuming your return, please navigate to the beginning of the Review section.

•    From the left side menu, select Review.

•    From the options that appear, select Get Started.

•    Continue through your return and file.

In the review menu there is no Get Started, anyway I went through it and I am still getting the message!

I called their support and they said it will be "a few WEEKS" until the update the forms, even though they said it would be ready at the end of February. They need to keep their customers up to date!
