It keeps asking for my social insurance number and I have entered it correctly but it won't accept it. What should I do?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having this problem. To resolve this issue, select everything that is in the SIN box and delete it. Then re-type the SIN, making sure to use only numbers and no special characters or spaces. There should be total of 9 numbers.
