Under my student summary for its saying that nothing has been claimed for 2018 even though I have tuition fees and loans. This doesn't seem right to me and I need help!

It may say on your Student Summary nothing has been "claimed in 2018", as the amounts you have reported may be carrying forward. What you need to look at on this summary is if you have any Unused tuition and education amounts from previous years or 2018 total tuition fees showing up. If you have reported any of these amounts, and you are not using them, you should see something saying "Maximum amount available to transfer" and/or "Amount available to carry forward to future years".
