Moved to Canada in Feb 2021 but had started school in Fall 2020 for which I have tax statements from my uni for tuition paid. Filing for 2021 what to do about address?

I have been asked to put the address of residence on Dec 31 2021. But I was in my home country as I am an international student. What to do in this case?

You will complete your tax return for tax year 2021 and not 2020. Therefore you would put your address of where you lived on December 31st, 2021.
