My daughter attendants university in the USA,. Can I claim her tuition and fees on my tax return?

She would have to claim the tuition on her return and transfer it to you. She can claim tuition from the US if she has a TL11a, TL11C or TL11D slip from the school. Fees that aren’t considered eligible tuition are usually not deductible or eligible for a credit.
