My employer paid my tuition fee but did not include in the t4. They told me to deduct it out or do not claim it. it means I lose my provincial education as well.

If you were reimbursed for part of your tuition costs, you can still claim the tuition but only the part that was not reimbursed. If you were reimbursed for the full amount, you can’t claim any tuition, but you can still put in the number of months you went to school (Full Time/Part Time) to get the provincial education credit.
