My son has 20,000 in carry over tuition. Income in 2018 is 40,000 with a refund of 3800 but it used all the federal and provincial tuition carry over. Is this correct?

TurboTax will automatically apply the right amount of tuition credits that are necessary to reduce any potential tax owing.
