My spouse has tuition amount to transfer to me but the Details of Your Federal Spousal or Common-law Partner Transfers screen does not have Spouse Tuition Transfer Amount option?

The second screen (hit continue button) of the Details of Your Federal Spousal or Common-law Partner Transfers screen has the Spouse Tuition Transfer Amount option.
