My T4E (Maternity leave) does not have box 15,17,33,36

Hi,

My T4E only have box 14, but not boxes 15, 17, 18, 33 and 36.

Should I just leave those as 0?

Can I ignore this warning?

"Verify the amounts from your T4E slip. The amount in box 14 should total the amounts in boxes 15, 17, 18, 33 and 36"

Make an entry for box 17 and box 14, leave the rest zero.

(i'm in the same boat) Why would the offical statement have 17 blank?

Unclear. Contact the slip issuer for an explanation.

why the error message from TT?  I have the same issue.  My T4E only has numbers for box 14 and box 22.  Just fill those and leave the rest $0?

I also am in the same situation and do not understand why I would put the box 14 value into box 17 when Service Canada has left box 17 blank? My case is also due to maternity leave. Maybe we just need a better explanation of the above answer?

I called CRA and they told me to just fill in what is included on the T4E (ie. only box 14 and box 22 in my case).  Not sure why someone at TT hasn't responded yet.   Here is a helpful link: http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tx/ndvdls/tpcs/ncm-tx/rtrn/cmpltng/slps/t4e/menu-eng.html

From CRA: Box 17 - Employment benefits and support measures paid
Since this amount is already included in the amount shown in box 14, do not report it again on your return.

Box 18 - Tax exempt benefits
This box applies to Indians registered, or eligible to be registered, under the Indian Act. This amount is included in box 14.

Box 15 - Regular and other benefits paid
Since this amount is already included in the amount shown in box 14, do not report it again on your return.

Box 33 - Payments out of the consolidated revenue fund
This amount is included in box 14.

Box 36 - Provincial Parental Insurance Plan benefits
This amount is included in box 14.

I also have this issue.  I contacted TurboTax and they said that as long as you fill out that page exactly like your T slip then you are fine.  I asked them to change the wording of that alert as I find it very misleading.
