Netfile error - You have unused RRSP contributions from prior years and you have designated RRSP contributions as your HBP and/or LLP repayment. When & what's fix?

I'm getting same error. I was able to skip it and efile my spouse's return. with me it says I cant netfile

I have no HBP or LLP repayments and never have
