Ontario seniors' home safety tax credit. My project started in 2022 but did not end until march of 2023. Can I uses all the 2023 costs in the 2022 deduction?

Expenses eligible for the Ontario Seniors’ Home Safety Tax Credit must be paid or payable in 2021 and/or 2022.
