Pension income splitting process. We are both 65 and I would like to split income but can't seem to see it when reviewing income inputs and line entry on forms

Use the optimizer (supplied with a versions of Turbo Tax except Free and Basic). You can find this with the "Find" feature. Once you have used the "Optimizer" the income will appear at Line 126 of the receiving spouse and as a deduction at line 210 on the sending spouse.
