This question is asking whether you have unused RRSP contributions reported on your Tax Year 2015 income tax filing. This is not asking whether you have contributed to your RRSP for Tax Year 2016.

To know whether you have unused RRSP contributions, you may look on your notice of assessment from Tax Year 2015. This is generally the amount "(B)".
