RE: CWB. Software says "make the claim - absolutely no drawbacks" now I'm paying tax on this. Why am I told to apply for it, if it causes me to be taxed?

TurboTax needs to fix - this message is incorrect!!  To claim, one must have a minimum working income - refer schedule 6.
