I have just received an additional RRSP receipt for Jan-Feb 2021 and I want to add it to my previously filed return for 2020

You might want to add an adjustment to your 2020 tax return if you already made an RRSP contribution during the second period, which is the first 60 days of following year (ordinarily January 1st to March 1st of year following the tax year). You should be able to file T1adj online without submitting receipts, but keep your receipts in case Canada Avenue Agency request you to show it to them.
