Where do I need to enter CPP payments, which box?

As per Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), Enter the amount of taxable Canada Pension Plan (CPP) or Quebec Pension Plan (QPP) benefits from box 20 of your T4A(P) slip-on line 11400 of your return. 

In TurboTax online, Go to your Return,

1. Select Find and enter T4A(P)
2. Select T4A(P) and Go, 
3. In Box 14 You can enter The amount you receive each month based on your average earnings throughout your working life, and your contributions to the CPP.
