An issuer of a registered retirement savings plan (RRSP) has to file an information return for RRSP contributions made by the annuitant, or by the spouse or common-law partner of the annuitant under the plan in a contribution year. Therefore, you will be able to get your RRSP Contribution receipt from where you've contributed your RRSP to. It is best to contact them for a copy of these receipts.
