Receipt for CF pension fund. not sure where to put it

I have an official receipt for quebec income tax. contribution for canadian forces pension fund. I believe it is my buy bacl

This receipt should be entered on the Income screen.

Go to:

Income
Hover over T-Slips
Find T4A
Enter the amounts into the matching boxes
