Receiving pension from Canada, but live full time in Panama. Do I file as non-resident?

No ties to Canada other than receiving pension. Retired, so no income other than Canadian pensions. I have property and live full time in Panama.

Only CRA can determine your tax residence, but based on your input you would be considered a resident of Panama, and non-resident in Canada.

The tax treaty between Panama and Canada will have an Article which stipulates where your pension should be taxed.
