Rrif withdrawal entered but is not taken into account in income - using standard. Any suggestions?

Review your entries for box 24 on the T4RIF screen and complete only the box that applies. Withdrawal as personal use funds will be included in the first box 24. See screen shot below.

Thank you for reply. Exactly what I did. Boxes 16, 24 (first option) and 28 have entries. Any other suggestions?

Review the Detailed Tax Summary for the amount to be reported at Line 130.
You can find a detailed summary of your tax return under the "Review" tab > "Bottom Line (tax summaries)"> then look for the paper and magnifying icon in the lower left hand corner, select "Detailed Tax Summary".  Or Line 115 if you are over the age of 65.

No sub-heading for income summary was showing! Went back through all income items and found one (minor) missing so entered it and went back to review where the income summary now appears and the rrif numbers appear to have been included. So onward and upward but very strange!

Good to hear you were able to find the missing piece to the puzzle. Trust the rest of the return entry goes smoothly.

Well I don't think the puzzle is really solved the fact that all now seems ok. A minor new entry should not cause a major change. Just trying to provide some worthwhile feedback!
