RRSP contribution not included in 2013 Tax Return.

For 2013, I forgot to include some of my RRSP contribution on my 2013 return. So now, my 2013 assessment does not show the contribution as a carry forward amount; can I still submit with 2014 even though it was a 2013 contribution and does not show on the 2013 assessment? If so, how and where do I put this information?

You will need to mail in a T1 adjustment to 2013.  You can access a T1adjustment here.  The fillable form is very handy.

I found an old RRSP from within the 10 year limit and was able to make the adjustment online by logging into my CRA account.  very simple and easy. http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/changereturn/ Here is the link.
