If you are in receipt of any type of Canada Pension Plan Benefits you should have received a T4A(P) slip. If you did not receive this slip, you can contact CRA to receive a copy of it. If you are signed up for an Online CRA My Account, you can sign in and get the information there, or you can use the CRA AutoFill My Return service and the slip will be imported directly to your TurboTax return.
