Should i enter my husbands rrsp contribution (where he has indicated me, his wife, as the annuitant) on the spousal line only or is there somewhere else I enter this?

You only need to enter this RRSP Contribution once, one your husband's tax return as a "spousal contribution".

All RRSP contributions are affected by the contributor's RRSP Contribution Limit and reported on their own tax return. The annuitant does nothing on their tax return until that RRSP is withdrawn.
