Should the amounts for the t4rif and the t4rsp be added together for total income? The amount of the t4rsp came out of the amount on the t4rif.

It is the same money so why does it add it together? There is no way that the total income should be that high and says I owe $30000 in taxes.

T4RSP and T4rif do represent separate incomes.  Did you move monies from a rif to an rrsp or vice versa,  then withdraw it?  If so you may be missing a deduction to offset the transferred funds.
