Can I carry forward unused tax credits for the Saskatchewan Graduate Retention Program to future years if I graduated in 2013?

I moved to Saskatchewan in 2017. I have the full amount for the GRP unused for 2017. Can I carry it forward to 2018? Does my graduation year of 2013 affect the rules regarding carry forward?

Sounds like you have already applied for the program. Your graduation year does not prevent carry forward. It's a non-refundable tax credit that can be used up to 10 years following your year of graduation.

10 years following the year of graduation. Does this mean that if the graduation year is 2013, the tax credits can be used up to 2023?
