The amount showing that I have for unused RRSP contributions is incorrect - how can I edit that number?

Go back through the RRSP section and review the information you've entered. 

Specifically, go to RRSPs > Unused RRSP/PRPP Contributions. 

Click Yes next to Do you want to change this amount?
