How do you know this is not the case? Turbo Tax calculates what's owing for CPP, EI and Tax. If you had more than one employer this is totally possible.

The previous answer is correct but Please also make sure you did not by accident complete box 28 at the bottom of your T4 slip to say YES to the exemption if you said you were exempt then the amount would be reported as a overpayment
