The "unused RRSP/PRPP contributions carried forward from previous years" section is defaulted to $0.00. I did not max out my 2019 RRSP. Do I enter an amount or leave it?

In general, The Remaining RRSP Contribution Room is used depending on your case. If you did not contribute to your RRSP in 2019 or simply forgot, there are 2 options in your RRSP profile in the Turbotax online:

1) You could accumulate the unused contributions on your RRSP Deduction Limit Statement under Notice of Assessment in your CRA My Account.

-> Select No.

2) Your income falls into a high tax bracket in 2020 so it could be more advantageous for using the unused contributions to reduce your tax payable.

-> Select Yes then enter the amount.

However, keep in mind that the money you put into your RRSPs is tax-deferred.  You can deduct the contribution from your income, but when you withdraw the money in retirement, you will be taxed on it.
