On my notice of assessment i have $525 of unused (B) RRSP, (A) is $30,963. what would i input as my "2014 RRSP/PRPP deduction limit"?

There is a line on your notice of assessment (should be at the bottom) that says Your RRSP deduction limit for 2014. You should enter that amount.
