Regarding box 66 on t4, this amount of severance was rolled into an rrsp directly, our bank said there is no official tax receipt. how do I claim this?

They really should issue you an RRSP receipt. 

Enter the amount deposited into your RRSP as an RRSP contribution.

Click the RRSP tab and RRSP profile. 

select "Made RRSP contributions during 2017 or the first 60 days of 2018" and "Transfers to RRSPs"

Click through, entering info....  On the "Transfers to RRSPs/PRPPs" page, enter the amount from the T4 box 66
