This is extremely frustrating...I submitted my sons taxes - with tuition tax credit transfer to me - but it's impossible for me to claim it. I've tried everything. HELP!

Do you have any taxes owning? The tuition transfer (like the tuition credit) is non-refundable, which means that the credit can only be used to reduce your taxes owing. It can't be used to create a refund.
