Trying to claim tuition credit for one son, while wife claims for the other son. T-tax 2022 ends up assigning both credits to either me or wife. A software glitch?

I selected a son and checked the button to assign his tuition credit to me. Then for the second son, checked the tuition credit going to my wife.  But the dependent credit summary page showed both credits assigned only to wife - this is not in line with CRA's rules.  TurboTax seems to assign credits to whichever of us was last selected to receive credit.
