Tuition fee transfer - Turbo Tax lowers the number Max is $5,000 - amount to reduce student's tax to 0. Amount lowered automatically, stating it is the max. Not sure why.

If the dependant or student needs to use an amount of tuition that exceeds $5,000 to reduce their own tax payable, there is Zero left to transfer.
