Turbo Tax not calculating "Canada Pension Plan overpayment" even though I have paid above the limit of $2593.80 for 2018. I work in QC and live in ON

I have entered correct information from my T4 and RL-1 in TurboTax.

I suggest you make sure that you chose Qc as Province of Employment in TurboTax in your T4 slip.

If the problem persists after performing the above checks, please contact a TurboTax specialist who will be better able to assist you in correcting this issue.

My province of employment was set correctly to QC.

I'd love to report this problem but I am sorry to say that phone support at Turbo Tax is absolutely pathetic. I had tried on couple of occasions to contact phone support regarding this issue but wait times were really long and worst of all after long waits people who handled call had no idea about Canadian taxes. They were just acting as mediators with someone in their office. At one instance a lady, who handled my call, was so rude that after few exchanges she just hung up after requesting me to put me on hold. I don't want to have to go through same process again.
