Turbotax is timing out even while I am active. It is not saving my information. I have to keep re-entering. whats up with that? is there a setting I need to change?

If you are working in TurboTax Online and it's taking you some time to fill out a page, click the "Save" link at the bottom of the left side menu. This will not only save your information, but also tell the server that you are still there.
