How can I carry forward my unused federal and provincial tuition wihout applying it this year, when I enter the amounts it automatically reduces my income tax payable now
Unfortunately, your tuition must used to reduce your tax payable this year before any amounts can be transferred or carried forward. If you do have tuition left over to carry forward, it must be applied to next year's tax payable before it can continue to be carried forward.
