Want to correct my document back to rrsp and home buyer plan but the system tells me that i must "start over" does that mean erasure of all the data i have entered ?

Have you already NETFILEd your return? If this is the case you can no longer edit your TurboTax Online return normally.

You can make changes after you have filed your tax return through the CRA or through ReFILE: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647992
