We live in Grand Falls- Windsor , NFld but program is claiming a Northern Residence deduction for us - which it should not - How do I fix it?

Remove the dates for Qualifying period under the "Deductions" tab > "Other Deductions" > "Northern Residents Deduction" and continue through the tax return. Confirm the deduction has been removed from the detailed tax summary Line 255.

You can access a detailed summary under the "Review" tab > "Bottom Line (tax summaries)" > in the lower left hand corner (paper + magnifying glass) click on "Detailed Tax Summary"
