What is rrsp immediately after withdrawal?

I bought a home last year and under the HBP info section I am being asked "Fair market value of RRSP immediately after withdrawal" does that mean the amount I didn't take out?

Yes. It's the amount left in your RRSP after you withdrew the HBP funds.
