When entering social assistance income in line 11 is it monthly or annual income

Thanks for your question. You should receive a t5007 slip. Line 11 on the slip contains the total annual amount. 

If you have a T5007, here's how to enter it in TurboTax.

1. In the Profile section (on the first What happened for you in 2014? screen) select Yes to the question: did you work in 2014?
2. Select the I received workers' compensation benefits or social assistance checkbox.
3. Select the T5007 checkbox.
4. Continue to the Income section. 
5. You'll reach a screen that says T5007 - WCB or Social Assistance Benefits.
6. Click Enter T5007 and enter your information.
