When I try to Netfile, I get a warning that I don't qualify for Netfile yet when I review the exclusions, none of them apply to me?

Please check My Info > Contact information for the question at the top of the page asking if your mailing address is outside Canada.  If you have selected Yes, you will not be able to NETFILE.

If it is set to No, and you still can't NETFILE, please review the list of NETFILE exclusions again.
