Where do I claim for the 10 % supplement for people living in Rural or small communities on my Income tax return ?

If you are speaking of 10% for the new Climate Action Incentive- You will go to Provincial- There you will see you provincial profile for 2018- It should be automatically checked off- New CAI. Click continue- till you get to a page that says Climate Action Incentive- click on YES that you want to claim the credit (if you are entitled to it) then the following page will ask you questions to make sure you qualify for this - if so, you will click on continue and it will ask if you lived in a rural area to get the 10% supplement- Answer YES if you do live in a rural area.
