As seen in the image below, contributions made during the first 60 days of the year are to be entered on the previous year, in this case your contributions need to be included on your 2022 return by doing an adjustment. It is common for taxpayers to contribute to their RRSP through the end of February of the current year for a deduction on the previous tax year's return (i.e. contribute in February 2023 for a deduction on a 2022 return). This allows for additional contributions to possibly receive a higher refund.
