Where do I enter OAP and CPP income?Box 18 and 20 respectively

  1. Enter your CPP Benefits by going to Income > T-Slips > T4A(P)Canada Pension Plan Benefits. Choose to Enter New T4A(P), and enter the amounts in the corresponding boxes. (Note: you do not enter Box 20 from the T4A(P) directly, you must enter the other boxes shown, and then in the T4A(P) - Summary, you will see that Box 20 amount).
  2. Enter your OAS Benefits by going to Income > T-Slips > T4A(OAS) Old Age Security. Enter the amounts in the corresponding boxes on this screen.
