When you enter your Home Buyers Plan (HBP) information in the RRSP Profile of TurboTax, the software will calculate any amounts as RRSP Income on Line 129 of your tax return automatically based on your entries.

If you made a contribution, even though it was lower than the required minimum repayment, you must still "designate" this or it will be included in income.
