Where does a withdrawal from a US 401k account get entered on the Canadian turbo tax version?

This TurboTax FAQ tells you how to report foreign income, pension, and other foreign amounts in TurboTax: How do I report foreign income, foreign pension, and other foreign amounts?

The link provided indicates to enter amounts in Canadian $$ so I did this and then tried to reconcile my total from slips to the total reflected on the summary and it did not balance.  So I entered the amounts in US$ and the exchange rate from CRA and it did balance.  You need to fix your instructions on this issue.
