Where is the Ontario Teachers retirement gratuity entered?

My wife received a substantial Ontario Teachers retirement gratuity and made a direct deposit to her RRSP. The RRSP deposit was the sum of her Personal RRSP room PLUS additional RRSP contribution room as determined by her eligible years of service.

How and where is all this entered?

On her T4, there should be an amount indicated in Box 66 for eligible retiring allowance. By indicating the amount in Box 66, and entering the RRSP contribution, TurboTax will take care of the rest.

She received no T4 with a box  66 indicating the amount. She did receive a TD2 Form with the total amount and instructions. I suspect the lack of T4 was because the entire amount of gratuity was deposited directly into an RRSP for 2017.
