Where do I find the student summary that I have to give to my parent for my transfer of a tuition amount to her?

I am doing my return on Turbo Tax (free) and it says to give the Student Summary to the parent I am transferring my tuition amount to. Where would I find that Student Summary?

While signed into your return:

Using the navigation menu across the top of your screen, select Deductions > Students > Student Summary.
